Vice President, Product Management & Investor Relations

Ares Management is looking for a Vice President to join their Private Equity Product Management and Investor Relations team. This role is crucial for shaping fundraising strategies and engaging with investors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private equity and excellent communication skills. You’ll be responsible for creating compelling investor materials and driving the narrative for Ares’ private equity strategies.

What You’ll Do

• Help drive fundraising and investor engagement by shaping strategies and preparing materials.
• Own the narrative for Ares Private Equity strategies and create compelling messaging.
• Lead the creation of high-quality investor materials and communications.
• Translate investment insights into persuasive content for investors.
• Anticipate investor questions and prepare senior leaders for interactions.
• Identify and implement process improvements for better efficiency.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in private markets investor relations or product management.
• Experience at a leading private equity firm or top-tier financial services platform.
• Ability to understand and articulate investment strategies and performance.
• Experience creating investor materials like pitch books and quarterly reports.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and high-priority deliverables.
