Vice President, Rated Structures

The Vice President role at Blackstone Credit & Insurance involves overseeing the operational health of funds and managing complex transactions. What You’ll Do

• Oversee the operational health of funds
• Onboard funds and complex transactions
• Work on NAV calculations with global fund finance
• Coordinate with treasury and collateral agents
• Assist with capital calls and distribution notices
• Review fund expenses and valuation adjustments
• Support investor reporting and performance calculations
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency

What You Need

• Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting
• 6–10+ years of experience in operations or fund accounting
• Strong ownership mentality
• Proven success in managing funds operationally
• Excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience with workflow systems and fund reporting
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
