StepStone Group is looking for a Vice President to join their Real Estate Advisory team. In this role, you’ll help deliver advisory services to institutional investors and support investment analysis. You’ll be involved in sourcing and evaluating real estate funds, conducting due diligence, and managing client relationships. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in real estate investments who wants to grow into a trusted advisor role.

What You’ll Do

  • Source and evaluate real estate fund offerings
  • Conduct detailed due diligence on investment managers
  • Prepare and present investment committee materials
  • Manage and develop junior team members
  • Engage with clients on investment recommendations
  • Monitor real estate market trends

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in real estate private equity or portfolio management
  • Experience in due diligence and underwriting
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Leadership potential and team management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • CFA, CPA, or CAIA is a plus
