GIC is looking for a VP to lead their Joint Ventures Operational Due Diligence in Real Estate. This role involves overseeing the operational due diligence program and enhancing risk management frameworks. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operational risk and governance, and will work closely with various teams to ensure effective monitoring and reporting. What You’ll Do

  • Drive the global operational due diligence program for joint ventures.
  • Define and enhance the strategic framework for operational due diligence.
  • Develop monitoring and reporting tools to articulate key risks.
  • Manage third-party consultants for due diligence requirements.
  • Establish operational risk monitoring capabilities for joint venture partners.
  • Contribute to strategic projects and initiatives as directed.

What You Need

  • University degree in business, accounting, or a similar field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in internal audit, operational risk, or operational due diligence.
  • Experience in financial services or real estate is a plus.
  • Proven ability to design and implement governance frameworks.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage projects independently.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience.
  • Self-starter with high learning agility.
