What You’ll Do
- Support the finance and accounting processes for BXDC.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
- Review financial results for accuracy and consistency.
- Prepare public company reporting materials.
- Collaborate with various teams on investment and acquisition activities.
- Assist with technical accounting matters.
- Prepare analyses for senior management and the Board.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA certification is a must.
- 10+ years of experience in public and/or private accounting.
- Experience with public company reporting and auditing is required.
- Real estate or financial services experience is a big plus.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage and mentor junior team members.
