What You’ll Do

• Manage property management and leasing teams for retail assets
• Prepare and present annual budgets and business plans
• Review financial analyses for leasing and redevelopment opportunities
• Ensure leases maximize profitability and minimize risk
• Compile and review management reports for the portfolio
• Develop strategic plans for the retail portfolio
• Assist in due diligence for acquisitions
• Regularly visit properties to coordinate with teams

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting
• 8+ years of experience in retail asset management
• Strong understanding of real estate finance principles
• Ability to analyze and interpret real estate documents
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Argus
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and in a team
