What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience in the asset management industry in Japan
- Strong presentation skills for both external and internal audiences
- Fluent in Japanese and English, both written and spoken
- Passion for capital markets and alternative investments
- Project management experience is a plus
- Relevant local financial product sales licenses (or willingness to obtain)
