This role involves partnering with senior leadership in the Active Fixed Income platform to drive business growth and performance. The successful candidate will translate business priorities into financial plans and provide insights that influence executive decision-making.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with Active Fixed Income senior leadership on strategic planning and performance management
- Lead the development of growth plans, budgets, and forecasts
- Translate business strategy into actionable financial targets
- Build and maintain financial models for scenario analysis
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage key initiatives
- Lead and develop team members in a collaborative environment
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
- 7–10+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or a related field
- Strong interest in markets and investing, with Fixed Income knowledge or experience preferred
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and influence senior stakeholders
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to leverage AI and automation to improve efficiency
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required
