Vice President, Healthcare Finance

Marathon Asset Management is looking for a Vice President or Senior Vice President in Healthcare Finance to join their New York team. In this role, you’ll be involved in sourcing, underwriting, and closing healthcare transactions. You’ll lead the investment process, conduct due diligence, and work closely with industry experts and management teams. What You’ll Do

• Work with the team to find and analyze healthcare investment opportunities
• Lead the investment process from start to finish
• Prepare detailed reports for investment committees
• Build financial models and conduct thorough due diligence
• Communicate with sponsors and advisors
• Monitor ongoing portfolio investments

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university
• 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, private credit, or private equity
• Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills
• Analytical and intellectually curious
