VP, Talent Acquisition – APAC

Blackstone is looking for a Vice President of Talent Acquisition for the APAC region. This role involves managing the recruitment process for corporate functions and Private Wealth, partnering with senior leaders, and shaping hiring strategies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in talent acquisition, particularly in financial services, and will play a key role in attracting top talent in a competitive market.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full recruiting process for corporate functions across APAC.
• Develop and refine recruiting strategies based on business needs.
• Partner with senior leaders to shape hiring priorities.
• Provide insights on talent trends and compensation benchmarks.
• Build and manage talent pipelines for future needs.
• Ensure a smooth and engaging experience for candidates.
• Use metrics to improve hiring outcomes and processes.

What You Need

• 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Executive Search.
• Experience in financial services recruiting, especially in private markets or asset management.
• Strong knowledge of APAC talent markets and hiring practices.
• Proven ability to attract and close high-caliber candidates.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions.
• Fluency in English; additional Asian languages are a plus.
