What You’ll Do

- Negotiate key transaction documents.
- Support portfolio companies in developing growth strategies.

What You Need
- MBA from a top-tier school, ideally in finance, strategy, or economics.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in private equity or investment banking.
- Experience in leading deals from start to finish.
- Strong skills in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Familiarity with the healthcare sector is a plus.
- Ability to work well with teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience presenting to investment committees.
- Interest in using AI technologies for investment research.
