What You’ll Do
- Lead the evaluation and execution of tech sector investments.
- Mentor junior team members in financial analysis and transaction preparation.
- Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with advisors.
- Present investment findings to the Investment Committee.
- Negotiate key transaction documents.
- Collaborate with portfolio companies on growth strategies.
- Monitor portfolio performance and support strategic planning.
- Contribute to firm-wide initiatives and knowledge sharing.
What You Need
- MBA from a top-tier school, ideally in finance, strategy, or economics.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in private equity or investment banking.
- Experience in leading deals from start to finish.
- Strong skills in financial modeling and valuation.
- Familiarity with the Tech sector is a plus.
- Ability to work well with teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience presenting to Investment Committees.
- Knowledge of AI technologies in investment research is beneficial.
