    WndrCo Interview Process & Questions

Expect the interview process to be different for each candidate. However, if you interview at WndrCo (or any similar firm), you are likely to go through a series of interview rounds, typically around 4 to 6 rounds.

For the first rounds, you will be interviewed by the HR team or junior investment professionals, and finally, the more senior staff takes over at the later rounds. Expect the whole interview process to last for several weeks, unless it’s “on-campus” or “on-cycle” recruiting.

Prepare to answer a combination of behavioral, fit, and technical / investing questions when you interview at WndrCo.

    Why WndrCo

Interviewers like to ask the crucial question: “Why this firm?”

It’s best if you could come up with a more personalized response to this question. One way to do this is to mention whoever you’ve met at the firm and share how their stories have positively influenced your decision to join the firm.

You can also set yourself apart by researching the firm. I would suggest listening to interviews with the firm’s founders, investors, or any key personnels.

    WndrCo Case Study

Investment firms like candidates who have good communication skills and high technical knowledge. To evaluate these traits, they often require candidates to do case studies during interviews.

Most case studies at firms like WndrCo involve investment recommendations and financial modeling. But in cases where candidates are applying for junior roles, a cold calling case study may also be required as well.
