Eurazeo Growth is the Growth Equity arm of Eurazeo, a global investment firm with a legacy of over 130 years, which manages more than $30 billion of assets. Our mission is to help ambitious entrepreneurs fulfill their vision by providing them with financial and human resources for their growth stage development.

Our growth team is made up of 18 people, spread across our Berlin, London and Paris offices. We typically invest from several tens to several hundreds of million euros in each company and have the ability to reinvest over time.

We invest in tech companies from a variety of sectors and particularly software marketplaces and fintech. To provide the best support to our entrepreneurs, we have built strong expertise over time around important themes such as M&A, recruitment, geographical expansion, structuring or financing. Our portfolio includes category leading companies such as Doctolib, Back Market, Dataiku, Vestiaire Collective, MessageBird, Payfit, Sorare, Algolia and WeFox.

What will you do?

Part I – Identify Potential Investments

• Carry out deep dives on market verticals and trends
• Identify new investment opportunities for our portfolio
• Establish relationships and engage with management of potential target startups

Part II – Take Part in the Investment and Due Diligence Process

• Assist on due diligence (attend expert calls, support historical performance analysis, valuation, business plan analysis and modelling)
• Contribute to elaborate our investment thesis
• Prepare materials for the investment committee

Part III – Portfolio Management

• Participate in portfolio management support
• Help report portfolio performance to our LPs

Who are we looking for?

• At least one meaningful (3+ months) professional experience in M&A / Private Equity / VC / Startup / Consulting
• Strong passion for the startup & scale up ecosystem as well as deep interest ****in new technologies
• High motivation, curiosity, willingness to learn and willingness to go the extra mile
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
