Real is a company that helps people buy and sell homes primarily in the US with the use of technology. They also have a network of over 1,000 agents.

The said transaction between ADL Ventures and Real is a big change for ADL because instead of just a firm looking for businesses, ADL has become a real estate company themselves.

However, it looks like ADL will acquire Real in order to gain a strong position in the real estate tech space.
