• For the initial rounds, the junior professionals will be in charge of the interview. For the later part, the senior staff take over.
• Entire process typically lasts for several weeks – except for on-cycle or on-campus recruiting

Notable Transaction: Zeem Solutions

Founded in 2018, Zeem Solutions operates and builds zero-emission fleet depots, and also provides fleet-as-a-service amenities like vehicle charging, leasing, and maintenance, and secured parking.

The company’s mission is to change how fleets operate by providing affordable solutions for zero-emission transportation.

In July 2022, Zeem raised $50 million with the help of ArcLight Capital, which is one of the leading investors that focus on power and renewables.

The funding helps Zeem Solutions to expand their business to high-demand locations nationwide. They also plan to enable customers to operate battery-electric vans, shuttle buses, and trucks for a flat monthly rate.
