Despite the changes in the interview changes for each candidate, the general nature of the process stays the same for the most part. In fact, you can anticipate the following:
- Interview rounds: 4-6
- Initial interviews are supervised by junior professionals, while later rounds are handled by more senior folks
- Unless it’s on-campus or on-cycle recruiting, expect that the entire process will last for multiple weeks

Notable Transaction: MedOne
Founded in 1997, MedOne is a company that provides carrier-neutral interconnection, hybrid cloud services, and colocation to multinational tech companies, global cloud and content customers, government entities, and top local enterprises.
In July 2022, Berkshire Partners led a consortium to acquire 49% of MedOne for $215 million. Van Rooyen Group – a family investment group led by Grant van Rooyen, former CEO of Cologix – also invested.
Ronnie Sadeh, CEO of MedOne, said that the funds will help them expand their services and accelerate their facility development.
