The firm is headquartered in New York City, and is run by Steve Feinberg who co-founded Cerberus Capital Management in 1992 with William L. Richter, who serves as the Senior Managing Director.
The firm has affiliate and advisory offices in Europe, United States, and Asia. Cerberus is also a US Securities and Exchange Commission Registered Investment Adviser.
Their investors include sovereign wealth funds, family savings, insurance companies, university endowments, charitable foundations, retirement funds, and government and private sector pension.

Firms can make changes in their interview process for each candidate. However, there are some parts of the process that remains consistent if you interview at Cerberus Capital Management (or a firm like it) such as the following:

They aim to make it easier for organizations to customize their network based on business requirements , and speed time to market with advancements in VR/AR, IoT, and other digital technologies.
The company’s noteworthy customers include Carnegie Mellon University, the US Department of Defense, Verizon, Comcast, Charter, and others.
In February 2022, Federated Wireless raised $58 million in Series D funding led by an affiliate of Cerberus Capital Management, along with existing investors GIC and Allied Minds.
The funding will help Federated Wireless scale their platform and support other growth initiatives.
