Horsley Bridge Partners (also called “HBP”) is a global private equity fund of funds.
The firm’s venture capital approach is very selective – focusing on seed, early-stage, and smaller growth buyout strategies in tech sectors.
Since inception, Horsley Bridge Partners has raised five funds according to Crunchbase which are Horsley Bridge Partners Venture Fund, Horsley Bridge XIII Venture, Horsley Bridge XII Venture, Horsley Bridge XI Venture, and Horsley Bridge International III.
Horsley Bridge Partners was established in San Francisco, California, USA in 1983. The firm also has additional offices in Beijing, China and London, England.

Notable Transaction: Medly Pharmacy
Since its launch in 2017, Medly Pharmacy has made significant growth and quickly became a category-leading digital pharmacy in the $500B digital pharmacy space.
Medly heavily invests in its customer experience and pharmacy tech which creates value for their stakeholders in the entire healthcare ecosystem.
The Company got a net promoter score of 87 – which is 4.5x more than the average pharmacy. Since inception, Medly has grown hundred times in revenue, added 15K providers, 50K more patients, and delivered more than 500K prescriptions.
In July 2020, Medly Pharmacy closed their $100M Series B funding co-led by Volition Capital and Greycroft with significant participation from Horsley and Lerer Hippeau.
The investment helps Medly to continue their platform expansion, covering new markets, and providing top-notch services to their clients.
