Audacious Ventures is an early stage venture firm where we have a simple mandate – to invest in the most ambitious founders in the world, and help them achieve their most audacious goals.

Opportunity

Audacious is expanding the investment team and looking to bring on our second investment associate. This hire will be primarily responsible for helping us with deal sourcing.

Ultimately, we’re in the business of finding outlier founders. Accordingly, sourcing is the lifeblood of what we do at Audacious. You will be working at the heart of this effort at the firm.

What you will do:

  • Identify outlier founders and innovative ideas in B2B software for the firm to invest in.
  • You will be given significant autonomy and responsibilities on deal sourcing efforts. Your ability to distinguish which networks to spend time with will be crucial. We will mentor and guide you here.
  • Develop an exceptional network with force of nature founders, operators, and angels.
  • Figure out systematic and repeatable strategies to improve deal sourcing at a firm level.

Who you are:

  • 0-3 years of experience at a fast growing tech startup or company. Internships or full-time.
  • Bring an existing and actionable network. Whether it is from full time roles, internships, undergrad, or extracurricular activities/initiatives.
  • Have demonstrated the ability to build a network of potential seed stage founders.
  • Bias towards action is your default state.
  • Preferably technical, whether through work, school, and/or side projects.
