ICS Summer Analyst

Job Description:

Blackstone’s ICS Summer Analyst program is a unique experience among financial firms, enabling the individual to develop a well-rounded and fine-tuned business mind.  The ICS Summer Analyst will have the opportunity to participate in all aspects of fundraising projects and be staffed on a variety of assignments.

Responsibilities:

ICS Summer Analyst will be involved in supporting fundraising efforts in Asia.  Summer Analysts will work on multiple projects supporting all aspects of the marketing and fundraising cycle, utilizing a range of skills. They will have the opportunity to interface with members of the firm’s global ICS group across all Blackstone investment funds, legal/compliance department, finance, and other groups within the firm.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn about alternative investments, and will also develop familiarity with legal, product, and market issues associated with fundraising and fund documents.

Qualifications:

Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, mature, and intelligent and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. The successful candidate should have:

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as superior communication skills with a demonstrated ability to write effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a collaborative team player.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and execute a wide range of assignments.
  • Strong work ethic, an entrepreneurial spirit; passion for excellence and desire to learn.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Bilingual in English and one of the following languages: Japanese or Korean

Requirements:

To be considered for the 2025 Summer Analyst position, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Currently enrolled as a fulltime undergraduate or master’s degree student. If you are pursuing a master’s degree, you should have no more than 1 year of fulltime working experience.
  • Anticipated graduation date: September 2025 – June 2026
  • Resume must include expected graduation month/year and cumulative GPA.
  • Resume must be in PDF format.

Summer Internship Program Commencement

  • June to August 2025 (10-week)
