Program Description:

Blackstone’s Summer Analyst Program spans 10 weeks, offering participants extensive exposure across the firm. This program provides Summer Analysts with valuable guidance through mentorship, continuous feedback, technical and soft skill training, networking opportunities with professionals across the firm, and the unique chance to fully immerse themselves in Blackstone’s culture.

Job Description:         

Blackstone’s Summer Analyst program offers a unique experience among financial firms, enabling participants to enhance their skills and business mind. Strategic Partners provides a differentiated opportunity to achieve a valuable experience working in the secondary private equity industry.

Strategic Partners is seeking a Summer Analyst for its Institutional Client Solutions team. This individual will support Strategic Partners’ fundraising and new product development efforts, working closely across Strategic Partners’ team and the Blackstone organization. The Strategic Partners fundraising team enables individuals to access the entire Blackstone firm, collaborating across the Private Equity, Real Estate, Credit, Tactical Opportunities and Hedge Fund Solutions verticals.

This individual will support all aspects of the fundraising process from potential investor due diligence and financial analysis, to managing investor information requests, tracking investor activity, and creating and updating marketing documents. In addition, they will support post-marketing investor relations initiatives including the creation of fund- or investor-specific materials/analyses. Other responsibilities will include conducting private equity industry research (both qualitative and quantitative) and preparation for investor meetings.

  • Anticipated graduation date: Fall 2025 – Spring 2026

Expected annual base salary range:

$110,000 - $110,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual’s experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
