Role Description:

As a Research Analyst Intern at Chapter One, you will be instrumental in supporting our investment process
through detailed deal research and the preparation of investment memos. This role offers a unique opportunity to
dive deep into the dynamics of various industries, analyze emerging trends, and contribute to investment decisions
that shape the future of tech and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive research on potential investment opportunities, including market analysis,
  competitive landscape assessments, and financial modeling.
• Prepare detailed investment memos that highlight the risks, opportunities, and key metrics of potential
  portfolio companies.
• Stay on top of industry trends and updates to inform investment strategies and provide actionable insights
  to the team.
• Support the investment team in due diligence processes and data analysis.
• Collaborate with team members to refine investment theses and contribute to strategy.
• Manage multiple research projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or working towards. We believe brilliant candidates can come from any field of study.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret data and perform market analysis.
• Exceptional writing skills, with the capability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a

Schedule and Compensation:
