Job Description

This is a remote position.

About GingerBread Capital:

GingerBread Capital is a venture capital firm funded out of a single family office and focused on investing in high growth potential businesses led by female founders and co-founders and underrepresented fund managers. The firm has more than 70 portfolio companies across a broad range of industries and business models with investments in leading companies such as Zola, Incredible Health, ContentStack, Tia, Workit Health, Ritual, Ellevest, Havenly, Spring Health, Goodles and Pair Eyewear. GingerBread Capital was founded in 2016 by Linnea Roberts, former Goldman Sachs Partner, with the goal of increasing access to capital for women entrepreneurs. The firm executes this mission through a three-pronged approach: 1) investing in companies led by female founders or co-founders, 2) investing as an LP in investment funds led by female and underrepresented GPs, and 3) encouraging other potential investors who have not historically invested in early-stage businesses (e.g., family offices, seasoned founders, high net worth women with capital and expertise, etc.) to learn more and participate in the venture capital ecosystem by investing in underrepresented business leaders.
