As an Analyst, you will play a key role on our Leadership Advisory team to scale and support our Portfolio Engagement efforts. You will be vital in expanding our network, driving efficiencies for the Functional Leads, and improving ICONIQ’s partnership with our portfolio’s founders and CEOs through relationships and data.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Assess and conceptualize executive skillsets for current and future hiring needs in the ICONIQ portfolio.
  • Support the collection and evaluation of data related to company building methodologies, identifying areas for improvement and potential strategic initiatives to enhance our Leadership Advisory efforts
  • Help build datasets for our Leadership Analytics projects, using your knowledge of each functional area (e.g., Marketing, Finance) to support the collection and cleaning of robust proprietary datasets that provide first-of-a-kind insights to the portfolio
  • Build and maintain presentations and marketing materials to inform team members on network, stories of connectivity and value creation, as well as for internal reporting and training purposes
  • Assemble information gathered from networking activities to inform portfolio companies on trends and strategic priorities of key operational components

Ideal Candidate Background: 

  • 2+ years of experience in executive search (in-house or search firm), consulting, or enablement roles in technology preferred
  • Strong quantitative background with ability to technically work in PowerPoint, Excel, and other tools with limited oversight
  • Data-oriented: ability to thoughtfully structure information in a repeatable, extensible way; understanding of tradeoffs between different data structures
  • Experience managing complex projects from concept through implementation. Ability to outline thoughtful vision and project plans for key constituents and then drive successful delivery against goals.

Location: Applicants are expected to work onsite in our San Francisco office in accordance with our hybrid working policy.

Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role, together with other compensation being offered such as a discretionary bonus, health insurance, and other perks. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 together with a discretionary bonus, health insurance, paid time off, 401k participation with a company matching program, wellness stipend, personal education allowance as well as a commuter benefits program.
