  • Flagship Buyout: Investments in middle-market growth companies between $75M and $500M across North America and Europe.
  • Latin America: Investments of $30M and $75M in Latin American middle-market growth companies.
  • Europe: Investments in middle-market growth companies in Western Europe between €30M and €100M.
  • Asia: Investments of $50M and $150M in middle-market growth companies across Asia.
  • Growth: Investments in early-to-late stage growth companies in North America and Europe.
  • Impact: Investments in early-to-late stage impact-oriented consumer growth companies.
  • RMB: Investments in early-stage growth companies in China.
  • Real Estate: Invest as a co-developer in large scale, mixed-use projects anchored by luxury retail.
  • Private Credit: Investments primarily in senior secured debt of private equity-backed, middle market companies.

Qualified candidates must have:

  • A bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting, finance or a related field
  • At least 3 years of direct investing experience in private equity, growth equity and/or private credit.
  • Consumer or Retail investment banking and/or management consulting experience OR a very demonstrable passion for the industry.
  • Superior financial modeling skills: understands the relationship among key financial statements, can construct financial models and can draw business insights from data.
  • Strong analytical problem solver.
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders and build relationships at all levels of the organization (Analysts to CEOs).
  • Highly developed problem-solving skills and demonstrated critical thinking ability in analyzing potential investments and growing companies.
  • Ability to identify attractive investment opportunities, play a lead role in processing new opportunities and lead diligence efforts on pursued deals, including business diligence and managing external advisors (banks, management consultants, accountancy and law firms, etc.) throughout the process.
  • A proven ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various parties.
  • Demonstrable business judgment to develop influential insight and communicate decisions in a clear, concise and logical manner.
  • A highly collaborative team player with exceptional integrity, professionalism and character.

Additionally:

  • An MBA degree is preferred, but not required.
