Position Overview
As a full-time venture capital associate, you will play a critical role in sourcing, evaluating, and managing investment opportunities across our target sectors. You will work closely with the investment team to conduct due diligence, perform market research, and support portfolio companies to drive growth and maximize value.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deal Sourcing and Screening: Proactively identify and evaluate investment opportunities through various channels including networking, industry events, pitch competitions, and referrals. Screen inbound deal flow to assess alignment with investment thesis and criteria.
  2. Due Diligence: Conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential investments, including market analysis, competitive landscape assessment, financial modeling, technology evaluation, and team analysis. Synthesize findings and present investment recommendations to the investment team.
  3. Financial Analysis: Develop detailed financial models and projections to assess the financial viability and potential returns of investment opportunities. Perform sensitivity analyses and scenario planning to evaluate risk factors and investment implications.
  4. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics within the AI, SaaS, Fintech, and Healthtech sectors. Conduct market research to identify white spaces, untapped opportunities, and potential areas for disruption.
  5. Portfolio Management: Provide ongoing support to portfolio companies, including strategic guidance, operational assistance, and access to relevant networks and resources. Monitor key performance indicators and milestones, and actively participate in portfolio company board meetings as needed.
  6. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, co-investors, corporate partners, and other stakeholders within the startup ecosystem. Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to expand the firm’s visibility and reputation.
