2-Year Analyst, US Real Estate Portfolio Management

Responsibilities
- Monitor and forecast fund-level cash flows and sources/uses of capital
- Assess fund-level risk under different scenarios and assumptions
- Aggregate and analyze reserves related to investments under stressed scenarios
- Review and abstract new asset-level debt facilities
- Conduct quality check and coordinate with teams to keep debt database and quarterly reporting current
- Proactively monitor debt covenant compliance
- Compute quarterly fund credit facility debt compliance reports
- Prepare quarter debt summary schedules and support investor data requests
- Provide standard quarterly reports and analyses to investors
- Create ad-hoc investor requests when required
- Manage fund-level cash needs and execute draws/paydowns of the fund credit facilities
- Aggregate and analyze quarterly capital call and distribution data
- Create presentations and analysis as requested by senior management to support investment decisions by the head of U.S. Real Estate
- Assist in the development of annual investor conference presentations and support materials
- Fundraising support
- Process improvement/automation initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in a quantitative field or equivalent professional experience
- In-depth knowledge of cash flow analysis and financial modelling
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Experience working among diverse teams
- 1-3 years of experience in corporate finance, treasury or similar functional role
- Experience with abstracting and understanding loan documents a plus
- Real estate industry experience preferred
- Experience analyzing and modelling cash flows; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to analyze, interpret and model the impacts of legal documents
- Experience with database systems a plus
- Ability to work well within teams
- Project management experience
- Ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities
