This position will support the Europe Buyout fund, based in London providing analytical and research support for all potential transactions and actively participate in, and manage, due diligence efforts. The Associate will also assist with portfolio company management as directed.

Responsibilities
• Collaborate in a small deal team (3-4 people) to analyze and execute investments;
• Communicate with and report to all levels, from Senior Associates to Managing Directors;
• Take ownership of deal sourcing and pipeline building activities;
• Develop and maintain research on certain geographic markets and/or sectors;
• Perform extensive financial modeling for deals and portfolios, while ensuring accuracy of all models adopted and utilized;
• Generate presentations on potential transactions for the investment committee;
• Support the due diligence across all relevant areas (financial, commercial, technology, legal, tax, etc.);
• Participate in all aspects of investment transactions, as requested by team members;
• Help to oversee our investment portfolio and work with management at our portfolio companies;
• Work on internal reporting as well as reporting to investors;
• Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive and confidential issues;
• Other reasonable duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education & Certificates
• Strong academic record from a leading University;
• Besides business/economics studies, scientifically and/or technically oriented courses welcomed.
Professional Experience
• 2-3 years of top tier corporate finance advisory or strategy consulting; 1yr of Private Equity Analyst experience also considered;
• Verifiable track-record in supporting live deal processes as a sell-side and/or buy-side advisor;
