Investment Associate

We are looking to hire an investment associate.

This role will be perfect for someone with 3-5 years of finance experience.

The work will primarily include:

– Portfolio management of our 72-company portfolio
– Sourcing new investments
– Conducting diligence on potential investments
– Raising money from LPs for our deals

Additionally, we are working closely with one of our largest LPs (an asset management firm) on some larger co-syndication opportunities (large SPVs – in the $25mm range – into growth equity companies). There will be opportunities to work on these deals as well. It will be important that this person can work on later stage investments in addition to early-stage investments.

We have a strong preference for candidates located in either Dallas, or New York (where our two offices are located).
