The current €100m venture capital fund focuses on early-stage health tech startups in Europe
The team consists of experienced doctors, entrepreneurs and private equity / venture capital professionals and is responsible for several lighthouse transactions in the sector
YZR Capital manages capital for institutional investors and renowned entrepreneurial families and invests in leading European health tech challengers

Support the investment team in end-to-end deal execution: conduct in-depth financial and commercial due diligence, prepare and document investment decisions, and support with legal documentation
Support in the deal flow sourcing process and development of our investment theses: do market deep dives in sectors that are relevant to our investment focus, handle all inbound dealflow independently, and present interesting opportunities in our internal dealflow meeting
Support in the organization of our international YZR events
Build up your own network to bring in the most promising health tech deals
Assist in the further development of existing portfolio companies

Entrepreneurial, analytical, and curious mindset combined with a high amount of empathy
Enthusiasm for new business models in the field of health tech
Humble, team player personality with a can-do attitude
University degree in business, economics, medicine, or a similar field
Previous practical experience such as venture capital/private equity, investment banking, strategy consulting, start-ups
Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
Fluent in English and German is mandatory

Our investment team will mentor you and support you in extending your skillset in venture capital
