    Littlejohn & Co. is a private equity firm which focuses on leveraged recapitalizations of middle-market businesses, leveraged buyouts, and distressed securities.

    • For Private Equity – the firm looks to make equity investments that range from $50 million to $250 million in companies that have annual revenue of $100 million – $1 billion.
    • For Capital Solutions – they invest between $25 MM and $150 MM usually in the form of convertible debt instruments or preferred equity.
    • For Opportunistic Credit – Littlejohn makes investments of $10 million to $100 million across the capital structure in equity and debt of middle market companies.

    Littlejohn & Co. is headquartered in Connecticut and was co-founded by Michael Klein and Angus C. Littlejohn Jr. in 1996.
