Revere Partners Overview
Founded in 2021, Revere Partners is the first VC investment firm that is primarily focused on investing in early stage oral health tech companies that are still growing.
Revere Partners founders, Dr. Jeremy Krell and David Arena, formed a 25+ person management team to connect leadership at the top dental chains with startups.
The firm just recently compiled data from more than 700 transactions and found around 34% IRR and 5.2X returns in less than 5 years on average across the oral health startups.
This intensive research process has enabled Revere Partners to provide unique insights to its investors.
Currently, Revere Partners is based in New York, NY, USA.
Revere Partners AUM
As of September 2022, Revere Partners continues to raise funds to hit $200 million in assets under management.
Revere Partners Interview Process & Questions
Firms can make modifications in their interview process for each candidate. However, when you interview at Revere Partners (or similar firms), you can expect the following:
- Around 4-6 rounds of interviews
- Junior investment professionals supervise the initial rounds, while the senior staff handle the later phase of the interview.
- The whole process can take multiple weeks – unless it’s an on-cycle or on-campus recruiting
Interviews at Revere Partners will be a mixture of a set of questions: fit, behavioral, and technical / investing.

Why Revere Partners
The most common question you’ll receive during interviews is “Why this firm”.
If you’ve done networking prior to your interviews, this is your chance to mention whoever you’ve met and how they’ve positively influenced your decision to apply at their firm.
Also, I would recommend learning more about the firm. A great way to do this is to listen to interviews with its founders, investors, and employees.
To start, here’s an interview with Dr. Jeremy Krell, CEO & Founder of Revere Partners, where he discusses investment opportunities in dental technology companies:

Revere Partners Case Study
Case studies almost always show up during interviews at firms like Revere Partners. The reason is firms use case studies to evaluate each candidate’s technical and communication skills – both crucial to investor’s success.
Most case studies revolve around investment recommendations and financial modeling. But for junior roles, cold calling case study may also be required.

Revere Partners Portfolio & Investments
According to Crunchbase, Revere Partners has made nine investments. Some of their notable deals include FeatherPay, Peerlogic, and Zeta Surgical.
Notable Transaction: Odne
Root canal treatments have been one of the challenges that dentists face – with a low success rate of 46% to 91%. With these failures and more than 60 million annual treatments around the world, the healthcare costs are no longer negligible.
Odne, a Swiss-US dental startup, created a tech platform which addresses this problem by providing treatment options for both the patients and dentists.
In March 2024, Odne secured $5.5 million from a Series A1 funding, led by Revere Partners, an investment firm supporting innovations primarily in oral health, and NV Capital, a family-owned VC boutique.
Several investors also participated such as Plug&Play, Züricher Kantonalbank, Hatcher, DIA, and other angel investors.
