Sun Capital Partners is a private equity firm which specializes in LBOs. The firm was founded by Rodger Krouse and Marc J. Leder in 1995. Both of them were classmates at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and also served Lehman Brothers as investment bankers.

Since its founding, Sun Capital has supported over 500 companies around the world with revenues over $50 BB across different industries and transaction structures.
