Vitruvian Partners is a private equity firm focused on growth capital investments and leveraged buyout in middle-market companies.
The firm provides financial support between €25m-€600m+ in companies that are typically valued between €75m-€4bn+.
Vitruvian invests throughout the US, Europe, and UK and recently in India and China. The firm’s headquarters is based in London, UK with additional offices in Luxemburg, San Francisco, Shanghai, Stockholm, Madrid, and Munich.
The firm was founded in 2006 by former partners of BC Partners, Apax Partners, and Bridgepoint Capital which include the Founding Partners, David Nahama and Mark Harford, and Founding Managing Partners, Ian Riley, Toby Wyles, and Michael Risman.

Logically, founded in 2017 by Cambridge and MIT alumni Lyric Jain, combines human intelligence and expertise with AI to address online misinformation. The startup aims to improve civic discourse, provide access to trustworthy sources, and protect democratic process and debate.
2021 was a year of significant growth for the Company due to a huge surge in their revenue, headcount, and client roster. In March 2021, Logically launched its flagship threat intelligence platform called “Logically Intelligence”.
In March 2022, Vitruvian Partners led a $24 million funding round for Logically with participation from Amazon Alexa Fund and existing investors XTX Ventures and NPIF.
Logically allocated the capital for its acceleration of technologies across AI, ML, and OSINT to continue tackling the issue of misleading online information in critical areas like public health, election integrity, and national security.
